We use a system thinking approach to tackle the root causes of 21st century public health challenges to improve population health outcomes. We provide highly customized services tailored to each client's needs including needs assessment, program development, program evaluation, care coordination, and community engagement.

About Us
Founder
Rachel Azanleko-Akouete
Rachel Azanleko-Akouete founded Elite Public Health and Nursing Consulting to share her passion of tackling the 21st century public health challenges though the lenses of equity. Her nursing and public health experiences include mental health and disability, medical-surgical nursing, orthopedic trauma, home health care, chronic disease management, policy advocacy, and Public Health Nursing and health equity research. She holds a Masters degree in Public Health and a bachelor in Science of Nursing from the University of Wisconsin Madison.
Co-Founder
Simon Ouedraogo
Simon Ouedraogo co-founded Elite Public Health and Nursing Consulting with a desire to bring his experience in Data Analyzation to help public healthcare organizations to achieve superior performance through the application of advanced analytics. He brings extensive hands-on experience as a Statistical Modeler, Risk Manager, and Business Consultant. Mr. Ouedraogo holds a Master of Science in Applied Economics and MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. He also holds a Bachelor of Art in Economics with Mathematics emphasis from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
